This is very easy to make. You can make it in few minutes.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Raw banana - 2-3 (big)
  2. Salt - 1 teaspoon
  3. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Oil - for fry

Instructions

  1. Peel the banana and slice it. Mix salt and turmeric powder in 2 tablespoon water.
  2. Heat oil.
  3. Add banana slices in the hot oil.
  4. Stir for a minute, then add salt - turmeric water in the oil.
  5. Keep frying till chips are lightly brown from sides.
  6. Ones done drain all chips on the kitchen towel.
  7. Let it cool then keep it into a air tight container.
