About kheercustardcheesecake Recipe

This dish is a fusion of Italian and Indian. It tastes yummy and irresistible.


Ingredients to make kheercustardcheesecake

  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 litre milk full cream
  • 10 -12 Marie biscuits
  • melted butter 2 tablespoon
  • custard powder 2 tablespoon
  • sugar according to taste
  • strawberries for garnish
  • black grapes for garnish
  • Amul fresh cream 100 ml
  • milkmaid 200 GMs
  • milk 2 glasses for custard

How to make kheercustardcheesecake

  1. First grind the rice only once in mixer grinder and wash it properly
  2. Now take the milk and let it boil , Add rice and cook it in low flame for 15 to 20 minutes
  3. Now add milkmaid and cook for a while
  4. switch off the gas and let it cool
  5. churn the biscuits in mixer grinder and add melted butter in it
  6. Take a cake dish and pour this biscuits mixture in it
  7. Now add second layer of rice kheer in it and keep it in fridges for 15 minutes
  8. Now prepare custard by adding vanilla custard powder and sugar to taste
  9. Add fresh cream in custard and beat it in electric beater
  10. Now pour this custard over kheer layer and keep it in fridge for 1/2 an hour for setting
  11. Now Take our this kheer custard cake on serving plate
  12. Now garnish with fresh strawberries and black grapes

My Tip:

We can add one layer of fresh fruits in between the layers
