Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Hung Curd 1 cup
  2. Paneer 200 gms
  3. Roasted besan 5-6 teaspoon
  4. Salt as per taste
  5. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  6. Kasturi Methi 1 teaspoon
  7. Kaju chopped 1 teaspoon
  8. Kishmish 1 teaspoon
  9. Green coriander 1 teaspoon
  10. Green chillies 1 chopped
  11. Ginger chopped 1 teaspoon
  12. Salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Make hung curd by draining all its water
  2. Roast besan
  3. Grate paneer
  4. Add besan, hung curd, paneer, salt, red chilli powder, and kasturi Methi and make a loose dough
  5. Mix dry fruits, salt, coriander, chillies, salt and make filling
  6. Make small balls with filling in it
  7. Mix one teaspoon cornflour in water and make a paste
  8. Dip each ball in cornflour paste
  9. Shallow fry on non stick pan
  10. Serve it with hung curd and mint dip
