ABOUT Strawberry Mousse RECIPE

Taste Something New Mousse Recipe without Gelatine.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Fresh Strawberries – 10 – 12 nos / Strawberry Crush – ½ Cup
  2. Sugar – 3 tsp of Syrup & ½ Cup for Cheese Batter
  3. Cream Cheese – 1 Cup
  4. Whipped Cream – 2 Cup
  5. Strawberry Pectin (Veg Gelatin) – ¼ Cup
  6. Hot Water – 1 Cup
  7. Cold Water – 1 Cup

Instructions

  1. Chop 5 – 6 Strawberries, add 3 tsp of Sugar and mix well until Sugar dissolves, and mash Strawberries with the help of spoon.
  2. In a mixing bowl take Cream Cheese and Sugar and beat until nice smooth and fluffy.
  3. Then add mashed Strawberries syrup or Strawberry Crush and beat for few more mins.
  4. Furthermore, add Whipped Cream and fold gently so that it remains light and fluffy.
  5. Take hot Water in a bowl add Strawberry Pectin and mix well until dissolves completely.
  6. Then add cold Water and mix again.
  7. Pour jelly layer as our first layer in serving glasses and allow the jelly to set for 2 hrs.
  8. Then same jelly mixture set in a container also for 2 hrs to make jelly cubes.
  9. Then cut the container set jelly into small cubes and keep aside.
  10. Pour our Strawberry Mousse layer in our jelly set glasses as our second layer for the Mousse.
  11. Lastly add jelly cubes over it and serve the Strawberry Mousse.
