About Sizzler Recipe

It is an Italian platter with Pasta,Garlic rice and Veggies within


Ingredients to make Sizzler

  • Pasta 150gms
  • Basmati rice 1 bowl (boiled)
  • 1 tomato small
  • Zuchinni 1
  • Red bell pepper 1/2
  • Yellow bellpepper 1/2
  • garlic 6 cloves
  • ginger 2 inch
  • Processed cheeze 1 cube
  • salt to taste
  • pepper 1 tspn
  • Italian herbes
  • cabbage leaves 3
  • vinegar 1 tspn
  • tomato ketchup 1 tblspn
  • lemon 1/2
  • Pasta sauce 1 tblspn
  • butter 1/4 tspn
  • oil 1 tblspn

How to make Sizzler

  1. Boil pasta with some salt and few drops of oil.Also boil rice on the other side.
  2. Strain it and keep aside.
  3. Take a wok or pan.Put some oil to it.Add some minced garlic to it and then transfer all pasta.Add salt pepper and italian herbes (oregano and chilly flakes) and give it a toss.At last add tomato ketchup, pasta sauce and vinegar to it.
  4. Take another pan. Add oil and allow it to get hot.Add minced garlic and grated ginger to it , after that add chopped tomatoes salt and pepper to it. Mix it well and the add rice to it and give it a toss
  5. Chop the vegetables.Boil the vegetables and then shallow fry in a nonstick pan . Mix salt pepper and italian herbes and squeeze half lemon
  6. Now for the platting take a sizzler it on burner and heat it nicely.greece the tray with butter and add cabbage leaves on it .
  7. When you get the burning flavour plate your sizzler with pasta rice and veggies around.Grate Cheeze over it.

My Tip:

You can also create your own sauce by blanching tomatoes. Add your choice of vegetables
