Masala Aallo Mater

Ingredients to make Masala Aallo Mater

  • Baby potato 10-11 half boil
  • peas 1 bowl boil
  • oil for frying
  • oil for grave 4 tsp
  • fennel seeds 1 tsp
  • coriander seeds 1 tsp
  • Green cardamom 5
  • cloves 7
  • cinnamon 1'
  • Black paper ½ tsp
  • mace 1 leaf
  • cumin seeds 1½ tsp
  • Chili Powder ⅓ tsp
  • Green chili 2 chopped
  • asafoetida ½ tsp
  • Onion ginger garlic pest 2 tsp
  • turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • bay leaf 2
  • tomato puri 1 bowl
  • Choppdd coriander 1 tsp

How to make Masala Aallo Mater

  1. Clean Al potato and pour in pressure cooker.
  2. Take only 1 whistle not more.
  3. Peels all potato and fry in medium flame.
  4. Heat and other 10 and roasted are spices and grind it.
  5. Marinate potato and peas with roasted Spice powder.
  6. heat Pan with oil when oil heated at asafoetida and bay leaf.
  7. Now add ginger garlic onion paste Saute it Maximum 2 minute.
  8. Then paste looks Brown and turmeric powder and Puri and spices.
  9. Star it properly when spices looks smokey add marinated potato.
  10. Cook in medium flame minimum 5 minutes.
  11. Add some water according to gravy and salt.
  12. Close the cap of pan for 10 minutes cooked it's in medium frame.
  13. After 10 minutes you see your masala aloo matar prepare at chopped coriander coriander
  14. Garnish it with fresh cream and serve with Puri paratha or Naan.

My Tip:

For gravy you can make Kaju paste
