Bread Idli

Ingredients to make Bread Idli

  • 8 bread slices
  • 4 boiled potatoes
  • 1/4 cup boiled green peas
  • 2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp chat masala
  • oil

How to make Bread Idli

  1. Cut each bread slices in round shapes using a steel katori and keep aside.
  2. Now take a bowl and mix potatoes, peas, red chilli powder and chat masala.
  3. Make small round tikkis out of it.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and toast the tikkis both sides till they turn brown.
  5. Now heat tawa on low flame.
  6. Grease it with oil and place the bread slices with tikkis on top.
  7. Cover with a round plate and let it get cook for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Serve hot.
