Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Boiled and blended toor dal 1 cup
  2. Cooked rice 1 cup
  3. Finally chopped onion 3 spoon
  4. Finally chopped tometo 2 spoon
  5. Green chilli, ginger garlic paste 1 spoon
  6. Ghee 2 spoon
  7. Kitchen king masala 1/2 spoon
  8. Red chilli powader 1/2 spoon
  9. Coriander powader 1 spoon
  10. Turmeric powader 1/4 spoon
  11. Coriander leaves 1 spoon
  12. Juice of 1/2 Lemon
  13. Small paneer cubes 1/2 cup
  14. 1 medium size chopped onion
  15. Chopped tomatoes 2 spoon
  16. Chopped capsicum 2 spoon
  17. 5 Cloves chopped Garlic
  18. Oil 1 spoon
  19. Salt as required
  20. Chilli flakes 1/2 spoon
  21. Oregano 1/2 spoon
  22. Gram flour as required
  23. Water as required
  24. oil for deep fry

Instructions

  1. Take kadai and heat ghee
  2. Add ginger garlic paste
  3. Add onion and cook it for 3 minutes
  4. Add tometos and cook it for 2 minutes
  5. Add dal and all spices and salt as per taste
  6. Cook dal for 5 minutes
  7. Now add rice and mix well also cook for 2-3 minutes
  8. Add coriander leaves and lemon juice
  9. Take dal rice mixture in plate and fridge it for 30 to 45 minutes
  10. Take another kadai and heat oil
  11. Add chopped garlic
  12. Now add onion and make it transparent
  13. Add chopped capsicum and cook it for 1 minutes
  14. Add tometos and cook it for 2 minutes
  15. Add paneer cubes
  16. Add salt, chilli flakes and oregano
  17. Mix well
  18. Make gram flour batter with water and salt
  19. Now take dal rice mixture. Make tikki
  20. Stuff in paneer mixture and make ball
  21. Deep ball in gram flour batter
  22. Now deep fry balls and serve it
