ABOUT Egg less Chocolate Cake RECIPE

This yummy can be served as a dessert after full course meal for lunch and dinner or Christmas celebration.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. For Cake:
  2. 1,1/2 cup maida
  3. 1/2 cup unsalted butter at room temperature or refined oil
  4. 3 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  5. 1 tsp Baking powder
  6. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  7. 1/2 tin condensed milk / milkmaid
  8. 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  9. 1/4 tsp salt
  10. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  11. 1/2 cup milk add as required
  12. For Chocolate Icing:
  13. 1 cup unsalted butter at room temperature
  14. 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  15. 2 cups powdered sugar / icing sugar
  16. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  17. 1/2 cup fresh cream chilled or whipped cream


  1. For cake: preheat oven to 180 degree Celsius. In a large mixing bowl Sieve(2times) together maida, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
  2. In a large mixing bowl take condensed milk, butter or oil and beat it. Add vanilla extract and warm milk and mix well add maida mixer and powdered sugar than fold gently.
  3. Mix gently to attain smooth dropping consistency. grease the cake mould with butter and maida. transfer the cake batter to a cake mould.
  4. Bake the cake at 180 degree celsius for 25 minutes. cool down the cake completely
  5. For icing: In a large mixing bowl take butter and beat, add cocoa powder, powdered sugar, vanilla extract and fresh cream or whipped cream.
  6. Beat till the mixture turns smooth and spreadable. spread the prepared chocolate frosting on cake and decorate as you want.
  7. At last cut the cake to desired shape and serve.
