About Crispy Cauliflower. Recipe

A turkish dish , Fried cauliflower with yoghurt sauce. Crispy Cauliflower is very popular & has it s own ways of frying. This s a little different with just bread crumbs & egg.

Crispy Cauliflower.

Ingredients to make Crispy Cauliflower.

  • cauliflower 1 small. U can cut according to ur wish. Make small piece or big pieces.
  • Bread crumbs 1 /2 cup
  • onion powder 1/4 tsp
  • chilli powder 1 tbsp or according to taste
  • herbs 1 tsp , ur choice.
  • salt
  • egg 1 well beaten.
  • yoghurt 1/2 cup
  • garlic grated 2 cloves.
  • salt
  • oil to deep fry

How to make Crispy Cauliflower.

  1. Boil cauliflower with some water & salt for 5 min. If pieces r big, it will take more time.
  2. Drain water.
  3. Mix onion, garlic, Chilli powders , herbs & salt with bread crumbs.
  4. Grate garlic & mix with yoghurt along with salt.
  5. Heat oil in a pan..
  6. Dip each cauliflower pieces in egg & roll with bread crumbs. Deep fry in oil.
  7. Serve hot with yoghurt sauce.

My Tip:

U can add any seasoning & herbs in bread crumbs.
