Take Gramflour, Curd, Turmeric, Salt and hing in a bowl and mix well
Add water and mix to make a smooth batter
Pour the batter in a pan on medium flame. Stir it continuously until it separates from the vessel. It will take approx 10-15 min
in order to check that the mixture is ready, take small amount of batter and spread it evenly on a flat surface. Let it dry. Check if it rolls properly.
If rolls are not proper then cook the mixture for some more time.
Grease the surface with oil
Now spread the whole batter on a flat surface and let it dry
After the batter is dried, cut it evenly into 1-2 inch strips
Roll these strips
For temping, put some oil in a pan and add hing, mustard seeds, curry leaves
Spread the seasoning on the khandvi rolls
Garnish with Coriander and Grated coconut
