ABOUT Nendra Banana Chips RECIPE

Banana chips are everyone's favorite. It is crunchy snack. So crispy and delicious. If you fry in coconut oil you will get the best taste.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Raw banana / Nendra banana 6
  2. Salt 1 1/2 tsp
  3. Water 2 tbs
  4. Cooking oil for deep fry

Instructions

  1. REMOVE TOP AND BOTTOM, MAKE SLIT ON THE BANANA
  2. PEEL THE SKIN
  3. HEAT COOKING OIL FOR DEEP FRY
  4. MIX SALT AND WATER IN A BOWL, SET ASIDE
  5. USE THE SLICER AND SLICE THE BANANA DIRECTLY OVER THE HOT OIL
  6. SAUTE WELL
  7. FRY TILL CRISPY
  8. ADD A LITTLE OF THE SALT MIX
  9. DRAIN THE EXCESS OIL AND REST THEM ON A BIG PAN WITH OIL ABSORBENT PAPER
