About Bajji mirchi chutney Recipe

This is a chutney made with big green chillies, a perfect accompaniment for dosa or idli.

Ingredients to make Bajji mirchi chutney

  • Bajji mirchi or chillies 3
  • pudina - 2 tbsp
  • coconut - 2 tbsp
  • garlic cloves - 4
  • salt
  • mustard seeds [for tempering] - 2 tbsp

How to make Bajji mirchi chutney

  1. Heat a pan with some oil. Add the chillies and fry for few seconds and then add rest of the ingredients.
  2. Cook for sometime and the cool the mix. Blend this mixture in a blender, with some water, take it out into a bowl.
  3. Heat some more oil in a pan, add the mustard seeds. Once they splutter, add those into the chutney. serve
