ABOUT Pomogranete buttermilk RECIPE

This pastel pretty is derived from the American pomogranete buttermilk sorbet which is often made when the fresh pomogranete produce arrives in september. Honey provides a dept of flavour to this spicy tangy buttermilk. I've introduced Freshly ground buttermilk spice which is homemade. Gives a lovely twist to the usual buttermilk we have in India.
