Ingredients to make Yellow Bell Pepper - Grapes Masala

  • Yellow bell peppers chopped 2 cup
  • grapes deseeded 1 cup
  • onion chopped 1 cup
  • Small banana 1
  • coconut / cooking oil 6 tsp
  • jeera I tsp
  • badam 6-8
  • cashews handful
  • pepper powder 3 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

How to make Yellow Bell Pepper - Grapes Masala

  1. WASH AND CUT YELLOW BELL PEPPER
  2. CHOP FINELY
  3. REMOVE THE PEEL OF ONION
  4. CHOP IT
  5. REMOVE THE SEEDS OF GRAPES
  6. PEEL BANANA AND CHOP
  7. HEAT OIL
  8. FRY JEERA, BADAM
  9. ONION, FRY TILL TRANSULANT
  10. ADD CASHEWS
  11. PEPPER POWDER
  12. TURMERIC POWDER
  13. SAUTE AND FRY
  14. TAKE HALF OF THE PORTION IN MIXIE JAR
  15. ADD CHOPPED YELLOW BELL PEPPER
  16. SALT 1 TSP
  17. MIX WELL, COVER AND COOK TILL TENDER
  18. COMBINE CHOPPED BANANA AND GRAPES, GRIND SMOOTHLY
  19. SMOOTH PASTE
  20. CHECK THE COOKNESS
  21. ADD GROUND PASTE
  22. MIX WELL AND COOK IN LOW FLAME
  23. SAUTE AND COOK TILL ARRIVE OF BUBBLES, TURN OFF THE FLAME AND SERVE
