ABOUT Oven baked potatoes with Italian seasonings RECIPE

A delicious way to have potatoes in a baked version with flavorsome seasonings from Italy

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3 or 4 nos of medium sized potatoes
  2. 2 or 3 tsp of olive oil
  3. 2 or 3 tsp of chilli flakes
  4. coarse rock salt as needed.
  5. 2 or 3 tsp of mixed Italian seasonings
  6. dried herbs can be used like rosemary,thyme,basil

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut lengthwise 3 or 4 nos of medium sized potatoes.Do not peel the potatoes.
  2. In a bowl add 2 or 3 tsp of olive oil or cooking oil of your choice
  3. Put 2 or 3 tsp of chilli flakes in the bowl. Put coarse rock salt to taste.
  4. 2 or 3 tsp of mixed Italian seasonings
  5. add the dry herbs
  6. Toss the dried potatoes in the bowl to coat evenly
  7. Keep the potatoes in a oven proof lightly greased baking sheet in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes
  8. Check in between to see if the potatoes are getting evenly golden roasted.
  9. Poke with a fork to check if the potatoes are done.
  10. Remove and serve with rice,rotis.
