Everyone loves pakodas and bhajjis for evening snacks, so here is a delicious and easy one for all of you.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Besan flour 1 cup
  2. Rice flour 1/4cup
  3. Salt
  4. Onions - 2
  5. Oil

Instructions

  1. Whisk a smooth batter with besan, rice flour, salt and water. Make sure that there are no lumps and is a smooth batter.
  2. Cut roundels of the onions and dip each roundel in the batter and deep fry them in hot oil. Serve hot.
