This is Italian inspired dish which serves as a spicy and yummy main dish for all occasions.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup spinach leaves
  2. 2 tsp peanut (shallow fri)
  3. 2 garlic chopped
  4. 1 tsp soya sause
  5. 1 tsp Oregano
  6. 1 tsp salt
  7. butter 100gm
  8. Bread slices 5 make round shape
  9. 1 cup tomato chopped
  10. 1 cup onion chopped
  11. 100gm cheese
  12. pepper 1 tsp


  1. Heat a pan with some butter, add chopped garlic until it smells. Then add chopped onion until translucent. Then add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they were soft. Then add salt, pepper powder, oregano and soy sauce.
  2. Now take a mixer grinder jar, put spinach leaves, salt, green chilli. peanuts, and litter butter. Grind this mixture until smooth.
  3. Now take a bread slice, apply this green chilly paste on it, then put another layer of bread, apply the tomato paste alternating with the spinach layer. Now sprinkle generous amount of grated cheese on top and the heat this on a hot tawa.
  4. Cover with a lid, cook on all sides, cut and serve hot.
