Simple Andra style spicy fry, made with mutton.

Mutton fry

Ingredients to make Mutton fry

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • chilli powder 2 table spoon
  • Dhaniya powder 2tablespoon
  • Turmaric 1/2 tablespoon
  • Garam masala 1 tablespoon
  • pepper powder 1 tablespoon
  • curd 2 tablespoon
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
  • salt as per taste
  • oil 10 tablespoon

How to make Mutton fry

  1. Take washed mutton pieces in a cooker.
  2. Add 1/2 cup of water to it and add turmaric and pinch of salt. Pressure cooker it for 4 to 5 whistle till mutton is cooked soft .
  3. In a kadai pour oil and add all the ingredients as mention and fry for 2min .
  4. Now add cooked mutton with the water if it's left over in cooker .
  5. Stir fry mutton till all the ingredients mixes well with mutton .
  6. Dry fry till all the moisture gets disappears.
  7. Transfer it in to a bowl and garnish with onions .
