About Rawa idli Recipe

A quick breakfast for everyone especially kids,

Rawa idli

Ingredients to make Rawa idli

  • 1 cup rawa slightly roasted
  • 1 cup curd
  • salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2cup coriander chopped
  • for tadka:-
  • Green chilli channa dal(1tbsp) curry leaves n oil
  • carrot grated(optional)
  • 1 cup cashews and raisins chopped

How to make Rawa idli

  1. Take a bowl mix rawa & curd together
  2. Add salt soda n keep aside for ten minutes
  3. Ready the tadka and add to the rawa mixture, also add dryfruits & coriander leaves
  4. Add water if required
  5. Grease the idli vessel with bit oil add a spoonful of batter & steam for 10 minutes
  6. You can either add grated carrot in the above mixture or after greasing put some grated carrot then add batter to give a colorful look
  7. Serve hot with coconut chutney
