ABOUT Teriyaki Tofu RECIPE

Teriyaki tofu is super easy, slightly sticky and unbelievably delicious weeknight dish. It is loaded with love and sweetness. You can take tofu as a meal for extra protein. It is a great vegetarian alternative and keep your health good.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Tofu pieces - 1 cup
  2. Soy sauce - 4 tbsp
  3. Brown sugar -1 tsp
  4. Chopped Onion - 1 tbsp
  5. Crushed black pepper - 1tsp
  6. Sesame seeds - 1 pinch
  7. Sesame oil - 1 tbsp
  8. Salt - As required

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Mix soy sauce,brown sugar, crushed black pepper, salt in a bowl.
  3. Add onion and saute for a minute.
  4. Add sauce mixture and tofu, stir for sometime.
  5. Serve hot with fried rice.
