What if you could get a Delicious Taste of Cashews that actually flavors like Popcorn! Here we are coming up with an amazing Recipe - Cashew Rice. This is one of the easiest recipe that you can prepare. Since it tastes like Popcorn - Kids will like this food to the fullest and it is healthy with all its Nutritious value.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. • Cooked Rice – 2 cup
  2. • Cashews – ¼ cup
  3. • Oil – 5 tsp
  4. • Mustard Seeds / Rai – ½ + ¼ tsp
  5. • Turmeric Powder / Haldi – ½ tsp
  6. • Salt – 1 pinch

Instructions

  1. • In a heating pan add 5 tsp of Oil and let it heat.
  2. • Then add ½ + ¼ tsp of Mustard seeds (Rai), ¼ tsp of Hing and followed by ¼ cup of Cashews and roast the Cashews nicely until turns into light brown color.
  3. • Then add ½ tsp of Turmeric Powder (Haldi) and mix.
  4. • Furthermore, add 2 cup of boiled and cooked Rice and mix well.
  5. • Add Salt only if required.
  6. • Delicious Popcorn as if tasted Cashew Rice is now ready to serve hot.
