  1. TIE THE YOGURT IN PICE OF MUSLIN AND HUNG IT OVERNIGHT OVER A BOWL
  2. TAKE THE HUNG CURD IN A BOWL
  3. ADD FINE SUGAR POWDER
  4. ADD CARDAMOMS POWDER
  5. ADD WARM MILK
  6. ADD SAFFRON MILK AND BEAT THE HUNG YOGURT IN A BLENDER
  7. WHIP TILL SMOOTH
