ABOUT Pan Grilled Peri Peri Chicken RECIPE

Piri Piri or Peri Peri chicken, a traditional South African dish,Home made version , mild hot, grilled perfect.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chicken thighs - 900 gm ( 8-10 pieces)
  2. for marination : peri peri sauce
  3. red chilli powder – 1 tsp
  4. Garlic paste – 2 tsp
  5. Paprika powder – 1 tsp
  6. Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  7. Yogurt – 1 tbsp
  8. Olive oil – 1 tbsp
  9. Oregano – 1/2 tsp
  10. freshly crushed pepper – 1 tsp
  11. Salt – to taste.

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients given in marination, now the peri peri sauce is ready.
  2. Add the prepared sauce for marinating the chicken. Keep the marinated chicken in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Preheat the grill pan and apply one tbsp olive oil and arrange the chicken pieces and close it.
  4. Turn and cook each side for 10 minutes in medium flame.
  5. Now the delicious peri peri chicken is ready . Serve with salads and french fries.
