ABOUT 2 Minutes Chocolate Cake RECIPE

Who would not like to eat chocolate cakes! However many times we don't have 30-40 mins to make it. So presenting my 2 minutes cake recipe which can be enjoyed at any given time.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 tbsp APF (all purpose flour/maida)
  2. 2 tbsp cocoa
  3. 1 and 1/2 tbsp curd
  4. 1 and 1/2 tbsp oil
  5. 3 tbsp sugar(powdered)
  6. 1 tsp vanilla custard powder
  7. 2 tbsp milk
  8. 1/8 tsp of baking powder
  9. A pinch of baking soda

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix it together.
  2. Grease a microwave safe bowl.
  3. Transfer this batter into the bowl and microwave on a high power for 2 minutes.
  4. Allow it to rest for 1-2 minutes and enjoy.
