  • salt
  • chilli powder - 1 tsp

How to make Crispy moongdal namkeen

  1. SOAK THE MOONG DAL IN WATER FOR COUPLE OF HOURS.
  2. STRAIN AND PAT DRY THE MOONG DAL ON A CLOTH FOR COUPLE OF HOURS UNDER THE SUN.
  3. THEN HEAT A PAN WITH SOME OIL, ADD THE FLUFFED P MOONG DAL AND STIR.
  4. COOK UNTIL DONE AND ADD SALT, CHILLY POWDER. GIVE IT A MIX AND SERVE.
