Creamy Pasta ( Italian )

Ingredients to make Creamy Pasta ( Italian )

  • 1 pack of Pasta of your choice.
  • 3 small tomatoes finely diced.
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • salt to taste.
  • Pinch of ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp dried chives
  • 1/2 tsp Italian Seasonings
  • Cook pasta, as per directions, al dente

How to make Creamy Pasta ( Italian )

  1. In a pan saute the onion and garlic with olive oil. on a medium flame. Add tomatoes,and all the ingredients except the cream and butter.
  2. Let the mixture cook on low flame till most of the liquid evaporates. Remove from heat and add the cream and butter, keep again on a low flame and let simmer for 3 minutes.
  3. Stir in the cooked pasta and mix well. Enjoy a delicious creamy pasta within minutes.
