  1. मैदा 1 वाटी
  2. पूरण 1 वाटी
  3. तेल तळणासाठी 3 वाट्या
  4. मीठ चिमूटभर

Instructions

  1. मैदा घेवून त्यात चिमूटभर मिठ,तेल टाकून भिजवून ठेवले
  2. 10मी.ने त्याच्या पूर्या लाटून घेतल्या
  3. पूर्यामध्ये पूरण भरून मोदक बनविले
  4. मोदक बनविले
  5. तेल तापवून त्यात तळून घेतले
