About Chocolate Eclairs.. Recipe
An amazing melt in mouth French dessert that will sweep you off your feet. The mushy crusts and the soggy filled up centres just take your breath away. This is one delish dessert that cannot be missed on an important occasion or a family get together. This particular version of it by me contains chocolate flavoured whipped cream as a filling and ofcourse melted chocolate on top. However custard filling also is one of the favourites of many a people. A pure chocolaty indulgence is what i call this beauty.
Ingredients to make Chocolate Eclairs..
- FOR THE PASTRY ; 1 cup
- 1/8th tsp
- cubed 8 tbsp
- Milk 1/2 cup
- 4 (at room temperature)
- FOR THE FILLING ; caster 3 tbsp
- Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Whipping 1 cup
- FOR THE CHOCOLATE ICING ; Semi sweet chocolate chips 1 cup
- Heavy whipping 3/4th cup
