ABOUT Egg manchurian RECIPE

This is Indo chinese inspired side dish made with boiled eggs, a perfect dish to be served with fried rice or even roti.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Eggs 3
  2. Onion
  3. Tomato
  4. Capsicum
  5. Chopped garlic
  6. Soya sauce
  7. Chilli sauce
  8. Tomato sauce
  9. Corn flour
  10. Garam masala
  11. Maida
  12. Salt
  13. Oil

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs Nd cut it into 4pieces
  2. Make a batter by mixing Maida, cornflour, salt, Nd black pepper powder, water
  3. Dip the egg pieces Heat oil in pan Nd fry it
  4. Heat oil in another pan add chopped garlic, onion, ginger garlic paste, tomato, capsicum, saute it
  5. Add all the sauce, add garam masala, add little water
  6. Add the fried eggs, mix 1tsp of cornflour Nd add to the eggs
  7. Garnish with coriander leaf
