Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. cooked rice - 1 cup
  2. Grated raw mangoes - 1/2 cup
  3. Oil
  4. Dry red chillies - 2
  5. Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
  6. Urad dal - 1 tsp
  7. salt

Instructions

  1. HEAT A PAN WITH SOME OIL, ADD URAD DAL, MUSTARD SEEDS, CHILLI.
  2. ADD GRATED MANGOES AND SALT.
  3. MIX WELL AND SAUTE. THEN ADD THE COOKED RICE AND MIX.
  4. SAUTE WELL AND COOK FOR FEW MINUTES AND SERVE.
