About nargisi kofta Recipe

nargisi kofta is a Pakistani delicacy.It is a mutton keema recepie with egg as a stuffing and deep fried.

Ingredients to make nargisi kofta

  • 2 cups minced mutton keema
  • 6 boiled eggs
  • 1-2 tbsp onion paste
  • ginger- garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • black pepper crushed1/2 tsp
  • garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • refined flour 4 tbsp
  • oil 3-4 tbsp
  • salt to taste

How to make nargisi kofta

  1. mix together minced mutton keema, onion paste, ginger- garlic paste, salt, black pepper and garam masala powder.
  2. heat little oil in a pan and sauté the mix till keema is almost cooked. let it cool.
  3. coat each boiled egg with the keema mix so that they are fully covered. rolled in refined flour and keep aside.
  4. heat oil in a Kadhai. deep fry each kofta till they are golden brown. cut into half and serve.
