Ingredients to make kothimbir vadi

  • Beasn 1 cup
  • til
  • oil to fry
  • Red chili powder
  • salt to teast
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • hing a pinch
  • cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  • corinader powder 1/2 tsp
  • cumin sedd 1/2
  • Ajwain 1 tsp
  • Gingre garlic peast
  • coriander leaveas 1 bunach

How to make kothimbir vadi

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and form a thick batter with very little water.
  2. Place this mixture into a greased plate and steam them for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Once steamed enough, cut this into rectangular pieces.
  4. Deep fry them in hot oil and serve.
