  • garlic 8 numbers
  • Karupatti 1/4 of one shell
  • Dry ginger powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Milk 1 cup

How to make Urad dal porridge

  1. GARLIC 10 NUMBERS URAD DAL 1/4 CUP
  2. WASH IT AND COOK IT IN 1 CUP WATER
  3. COOK TILL 4 WHISTLE
  4. POWDER PALM JAGGERY (KARUPATTI) AND PUT IN WATER TO DISSOLVE
  5. MASH COOKED DAL
  6. MASH TILL IT TURNS SOFT LIKE BATTER
  7. FILTER KARUPATTI SOLUTION AND ADD TO DAL
  8. MIX WELL
  9. ADD BOILED MILK AND DRY GINGER POWDER
