In a pan, heat oil on medium heat. Add garlic, lemon juice, salt, thyme and chilli flakes. Immediately switch off the flame. Set aside and let it cool.
Take a bowl, add all purpose flour, milk powder, sugar, salt, yeast, and cream. Mix all.
Knead it well for around 10 minutes.
Add oil and knead for few minutes more.
Shape it into a ball and apply some oil over it. Put it in oil greased bowl, cover it and keep it aside at warm place till double in size.
When the dough is double, punch the dough gently.
Roll the dough in rectangular shape with rolling pin.
Now apply the flavoring mixture on top of the rectangular shape dough. Spread all over.
Roll the dough tightly and dust it with some dry flour.
Slice the roll in equal parts. Arrange the slices in greased bread tin carefully. Dont place the slices too much tightly. Cover the tin with aluminium foil.
Preheat the oven at 200°c. Place the tin in oven and bake it for 20 min.
Take the tin out and brush the bread with remaining flavoured mixture. Again bake for 10 min.
Transfer the bread into a wire rack and brush with butter. Let it cool completely. Enjoy.
