ABOUT paneer chilli RECIPE

This is a delicious side dish, made with paneer.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. paneer or cottage cheese 250 gms cubed
  2. salt to taste
  3. black pepper a pinch
  4. capsicum 1 diced
  5. onion 1 diced
  6. chilli sauce 1 spoon
  7. soya sauce 1 spoon
  8. red chilli sauce 1 spoon
  9. cornflour slurry half cup
  10. garlic chopped 1 spoon
  11. oil to fry the panner
  12. maida 10 gms
  13. cornflour 10 gms
  14. 5-6 slit green chilliies

Instructions

  1. take maida and cornflour and mix well adding a pinch of salt
  2. dip the panner into the dry mixture and deep fry them
  3. take a another pan add oil fry the garlic till brown add capsicum, onion and green chillies and fry them then add all the sauces and cornflour slurry
  4. cook till it becomes thick in consistency then add fried paneer cubes and serve hot
