Sindhi Style Seyal Roti

Ingredients to make Sindhi Style Seyal Roti

  • 4 Left Over Roties
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2-3 green chillies
  • Fresh coriander leaves
  • red chilly powder 1/2 tsp
  • oil 3 tsp
  • coriander powder 3 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • water 2-3 tsp

How to make Sindhi Style Seyal Roti

  1. TAKE 10-12 GARLIC CLOVES, 1 GREEN CHILLIES, 1/4 CUP FRESH CORIANDER, POUND TO MAKE A COARSE PASTE
  2. ADD SALT TO TASTE
  3. ADD 3 TSP CORIANDER POWDER, 1/2 TSP EACH OF RED CHILLI & TURMERIC POWDERS
  4. POUND ALL THE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER
  5. THE STUFFING IS READY
  6. ADD 1 TSP OIL, MIX WELL
  7. TAKE 1 ROTI, SPREAD A LITTLE STUFFING
  8. FOLD & SPREAD A LITTLE MORE STUFFING
  9. FOLD, KEEP ASIDE, STUFF OTHER ROTI WRAPS SIMILARLY
  10. HEAT, 1 TSP OIL, PLACE THE STUFFED ROTI WRAPS
  11. ADD A LITTLE MORE OIL ON THE SIDES
  12. ADD 2 TSP WATER
  13. COVER & COOK FOR 2-3 MINS ON LOW HEAT
  14. TURN THEM OVER ONCE IN BETWEEN, COOK FOR ANOTHER 2 MINS TILL GOLDEN BROWN
