Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 tsp vegetable oil
  2. 2 chicken breast (cubes)
  3. 1 onion (cubes)
  4. 1 red bell pepper (cubes)
  5. 1 yellow bell pepper (cubes)
  6. 1 green bell pepper (cubes)
  7. 1 tomato (cubes)
  8. Marination
  9. 1 cup hung curd
  10. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  11. 1.5 tsp red chilly powder
  12. 1 tsp cumin powder
  13. 1.5 tsp garam masala powder
  14. 1 tsp coriander powder
  15. 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  16. 1/2 tsp salt
  17. 2 tsp lemon juice


  1. Cut onion, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, green bell pepper, tomato and chicken in cubes.
  2. In a bowl mix all ingredients under marination.
  3. Add chicken breast and vegetables and mix again.
  4. Let it marinate for minimum 1 hour.
  5. When you ready to cook put the chicken and veggies on skewers.
  6. Heat vegetable oil on a grill pan or regular non-stick pan.
  7. Cook chicken for 6 minutes from each side.
  8. Now to give it the smokey tandoor flavour to the chicken. Roast chicken directly over the flame.
  9. Chicken is ready when edges are almost dark brown!
  10. Serve with green chutney and onion rings.
