About Pad Thai Recipe

Pad Thai

Ingredients to make Pad Thai

  • 150 gm cottage cheese diced
  • 100 gm mushrooms sliced
  • 100 gm broccoli florets
  • 200 gm flat noodles, boiled
  • 3 tbspn oil
  • 5-6 spring onion chopped
  • 5-6 garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 medium green, yellow and red bell peppers, cut into traingles
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tspn soy sauce
  • 2 tbspn brown sugar
  • 2 fresh red chillies, sliced
  • 5-6 sprong onion greens, chopped
  • 3 tbspn roasted and coarsly ground peanuts
  • 1 tbspn lemon juice
  • 1/2 cups bean sprouts

How to make Pad Thai

  1. Pour some oil drops on a nonstick pan and roast cottage cheese from both the sides. Keep it aside.
  2. Heat the oil in same pan, add the spring onion, garlic, mushroom, broccoli, bell peppers and toss to mix.
  3. Add the noodles, salt, soy sauce, brown sugar and toss some more.
  4. Add red chillies, spring onions green, roasted peanuts and toss again.
  5. Transfer to the serving dish and sprinkle the lemon juice and bean sprouts.
  6. Top with remaining roasted peanuts. Serve.
