ABOUT Pad Thai RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 150 gm cottage cheese diced
  2. 100 gm Mushrooms sliced
  3. 100 gm broccoli florets
  4. 200 gm flat noodles, boiled
  5. 3 tbspn oil
  6. 5-6 spring onion chopped
  7. 5-6 garlic cloves chopped
  8. 1 medium green, yellow and red bell peppers, cut into traingles
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1 tspn soy sauce
  11. 2 tbspn brown sugar
  12. 2 fresh red chillies, sliced
  13. 5-6 sprong onion greens, chopped
  14. 3 tbspn roasted and coarsly ground peanuts
  15. 1 tbspn lemon juice
  16. 1/2 cups bean sprouts

Instructions

  1. Pour some oil drops on a nonstick pan and roast cottage cheese from both the sides. Keep it aside.
  2. Heat the oil in same pan, add the spring onion, garlic, mushroom, broccoli, bell peppers and toss to mix.
  3. Add the noodles, salt, soy sauce, brown sugar and toss some more.
  4. Add red chillies, spring onions green, roasted peanuts and toss again.
  5. Transfer to the serving dish and sprinkle the lemon juice and bean sprouts.
  6. Top with remaining roasted peanuts. Serve.
