Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. plain flour 2 cups/ 300 gms
  2. oil 2 tbsp
  3. Salt 1/2 tsp
  4. water as you required
  5. chicken mince( keema) 250gms
  6. onion 1 ( chopped)
  7. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  8. Green chilli 2
  9. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  10. Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  11. Cumin Powder 1/2 Tsp
  12. Turmeric powder 1/2
  13. satl as to teste
  14. Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  15. Coriander leaves
  16. Mint leaves
  17. Half lemon juice

Instructions

  1. for dough= add salt and oil to flour gradually add water and mold into a thick dough.kenad the dough.close the lid and allow this to rest for about 20 minutes.
  2. keema stuff = In a pan heat oil and add ginger garlic paste.green chilli chopped,chopped onion and salt.
  3. Allow it to cook and later add chicken keema ( mince)mix every thing well.
  4. Add red chilli powder,coriander powder.cumin powder.turmeric powder,and it a mix.
  5. Later add mint leavess,coriander leaves,mix them well.
  6. Add garam masala and squeeze half lemon juice.
  7. The stuff for the paratha is ready.
  8. Take dough portion and roll into a round shape and apply oil or ghee. Stuff the paratha with the keema mixture and roll again.
  9. cook it nice and brown on both side by applying ghee or oil.
  10. Delicious keema paratha is ready to be served.
