About Vegtable Vermicelli Recipe

Its a Power pack Breakfast so Energetic breakfast and delicious vegtable vermicilli .and also called Indian Noodles.

Vegtable Vermicelli

Ingredients to make Vegtable Vermicelli

  • 1 kg of vermicelli
  • 1 onion slices
  • 1/2 cup chopped carrot
  • 1/2 cup chopped French Beans
  • 2 Chopped tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoon of ginger and garlic paste
  • 2 teaspoon of red chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Garam masala powder
  • salt to taste
  • 2 Tablespoons of oil
  • 1/4 cup of chopped coriander leaves
  • water 800 ml

How to make Vegtable Vermicelli

  1. HEAT A PAN ADD 2 TABLESPOON OF VEGETABLE OIL
  2. ADD 1/2 CUP ONION SLICES
  3. ADD 2 GREEN CHILLIES
  4. SAUTE WELL
  5. ADD 1/2 CUP CHOPPED CARROT, ADD CHOPPED FRENCH BEANS
  6. SAUTE WELL
  7. ADD 2 CHOPPED TOMATOES AND SAUTE
  8. ADD 2 TEASPOON OF GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  9. ADD 2 TEASPOON OF RED CHILLI POWDER AND 1/2 TEASPOON OF GARAM MASALA POWDER
  10. SAUTE WELL UNTIL VEGETABLES ARE COOKED
  11. ADD SALT TO TASTE
  12. ADD 800 ML OF WATER
  13. MIX WELL AND ALLOW IT BOIL
  14. BOILED WELL
  15. ADD 1 KG OF ROSTED VERMICELLI
  16. GENTLY MIX WELL
  17. CLOSE THE LID AND COOK FOR LOW FLAME IN 2 MINUTES
  18. THEN ADD CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVS AND FOLD AND CUT GENTLY
  19. AND SWITCH OFF THE FLAME
  20. SUPERB DELICIOUS VEGETABLE VERMICELLI IS READY
  21. VERMICELLI ARE NICELY SEPARATED
