About Mushroom Chilli Recipe

this dish is very less spicy so children can easily eat it.

Mushroom Chilli

Ingredients to make Mushroom Chilli

  • Button mushroom 10-12 nos
  • capsicum 1 no
  • garlic 10 pice
  • Green onion 2 nos
  • Cabage 1 cup
  • Green chilli 1 no
  • ginger 1 inch
  • Soya sauce 1 tbs
  • Red chilli sauce 1 tbs
  • tomato ketchup 1 tbs
  • salt to taste
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • corn flour 1 tsp
  • water as required

How to make Mushroom Chilli

  1. Wash and clean mushroom and cut pices
  2. take bowl add maida and cornflour and mix it
  3. add salt chilli powder soya sauce red chilli sauce and garlic add and mix it
  4. now add water and make thick batter
  5. now add cut mushroom and mix it and rest them 5 minuets
  6. take small bowl add all sauce and mix properly then add little water and mix it
  7. now heat oil on kadai and fry mushroom in low flame
  8. take another bowl add cornflour and water mix make slurry
  9. Take a pan and heat oil
  10. when heat oil add garlic ginger and green chilli sauté
  11. now add green onion and cooked when raw smell gone
  12. then add capsicum and cabage and mix it
  13. now add fry mushroom and mix it
  14. now add salt and black pepper and mix it
  15. now add sauce mixture in to pan
  16. mix well and add water how you want dry or semi gravy
  17. now add cornstarch and mix it well
  18. when cooked properly then serve it

My Tip:

Serve with roti
