Yummy Delicious Side dish, perfect with roti/naan

Mutton Kheema

Ingredients to make Mutton Kheema

  • Mutton Keema - 500 grams
  • oil - 1/4 cup
  • fennel seeds / Saunf - 2 tsp
  • cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
  • cinnamon - 1 stick
  • cardamom - 4
  • cloves - 4
  • bay leaf - 1
  • onion - 1 large chopped finely
  • Green Chilies - 2
  • ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
  • tomato - 2 large chopped
  • Chili Powder - 1 tbsp
  • coriander Powder - 2 tbsp
  • turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
  • cumin Powder - 1 tsp
  • Garam masala Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Meat masala - 1.5 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • coriander Leaves - 3 tbsp chopped finely

How to make Mutton Kheema

  1. Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add in all whole spices and let them sizzle
  2. Add in onions and Saute till golden brown.
  3. Add in ginger garlic paste, green chilies and saute till raw aroma goes away
  4. Add in mutton keema and cook till it is well browned.
  5. Add in tomatoes and saute till it gets tender
  6. Add spice powders and salt. mix well.
  7. Add little water. Cover and pressure cook for 3 whistles, simmer on low heat for 5-6 minutes. Switch off
  8. Once steam goes off, add in coriander leaves. Mix and serve hot with roti/naan

We make same with all these ingredients but we just grind the masala ...rest of all method same :ok_hand::heart_eyes::two_hearts:
