Kaleji fry

Ingredients to make Kaleji fry

  • Mutton kaleji 200gm
  • 1 fine chopped onion
  • 1-2 fine chopped green chilli
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tap crushed pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  • 1 small size tometo
  • salt to taste
  • oil

How to make Kaleji fry

  1. Wash mutton kaleji praperly and keep aside
  2. Take a pan heat it and put oil, Now add cumin seed, chopped ginger, garlic, green chilli stire it now add chopped onion ,tometo and saute it
  3. Now add turmeric powder, chilli powder coriander powder stire it
  4. Now add kaleji and salt stire well Cover with lid and keep stirring and adding warm water time to time Cook for 30 minutes and when the water is completely soaked and kaleji is of semi dry consistency now add crushed pepper powder stir well.
  5. Kaleji fry is ready .
  6. Garnish with chopped coriander .
