Everyone has tried normal butter milk so I have one mouthwatering butter milk i.e pani puri flavour as pani puri is favourite for all of us...Isn't it?

Ingredients to make Pani puri butter milk

  • curd 1 cup
  • pudina (leaves)
  • coriander
  • Chat masala
  • jeera powder
  • salt
  • Ice cubes
  • red chilly powder
  • lemon juice
  • water as required
  • Black pepper powder
  • green chillies

How to make Pani puri butter milk

  1. In a bowl take curd and make it smoother.
  2. now in a grinder take pudina, coriander, green chillies, salt, water and amke green chutney.
  3. Add green chutney, chat masala, jeera powder, black pepper powder, salt, ice cubes, and mix well. (consistency should be of regular butter milk).
  4. In a plate take lemon juice and take a glass and grease lemon juice on it. (It should be holded from where we drink).
  5. In another plate take red chilly powder, jeera powder, black pepper powder and grease these to glass .
  6. Serve this chilled pani puri butter milk especially in summer season.
