Sago Ice Cream

Ingredients to make Sago Ice Cream

  • Soaked sago 25 grams
  • Fried Semiya 25 grams
  • Milk 2 cups
  • sugar 1/2 cup
  • raisins 5
  • Custard powder
  • Orange essence
  • cashews 5

How to make Sago Ice Cream

  1. Soak the sago for 10 minutes.
  2. Fry the vermicelli/sewiya.
  3. Boil the milk until it thickens.
  4. Add orange essence.
  5. Add sugar and mix till it melts completely.
  6. Add the sago, vermicelli, raisins and cashews.
  7. Boil it slowly to cook sago and vermicelli.
  8. Add the custard power and mix so that no lumps are formed.
  9. Transfer the mixture in ice cream moulds.
  10. Freeze it for half an hour.
  11. Garnish with dry fruits.
  12. Sago ice cream is ready
