Flan is a type of egg gets its name from the french word.FLOAN "a flat cake"

Egg flan..i

Ingredients to make Egg flan..i

  • Milk......1 kg.
  • Custard powder...2 tab.spoon.
  • sugar .....4 tab.spoon.
  • eggs..........2
  • Vanila essence...4 to 8 drops.
  • sugar ....2 tab.spoon for caramalise.

How to make Egg flan..i

  1. Boil milk for 15 minutes.
  2. In a bowl take some milk and add custard powder.
  3. Put it in the boiling milk .
  4. Add sugar.
  5. Stir it continuously.
  6. And switch off flame .
  7. Add vanila essence.
  8. Put it aside.
  9. In another pan add sugar.
  10. Allow it for caramalise.
  11. On low fame.
  12. Pour it an another pan .
  13. Let it dry or set.
  14. As Prepared custard become cool, add 2 eggs and mix it or blend it for a while.
  15. And pour it in (pan in which we set caramlized sugar )pan.
  16. Now put it for steaming.
  17. It will take 20 t0 25 minutes
  18. And the yummy FLAN is ready.
  19. Now keep it in fridge for chilling.
  20. Serve chilled.

My Tip:

Be care ful when it caramalise. Because sugar burns so fast.
