Generally We use to have sweet modaks but today i am presenting savoury modaks with lot of vegetables for breakfast and brunch.

Ingredients to make Savoury healthy veggie modak

  • 1/2 cup crushed peanuts
  • 1/2 cup crushed papri (i use my left over)
  • 1 boiled potato
  • 1/2 cup boiled carrot and beans
  • 1/4 cup chopped red,yellow and green capsicum
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • coriander leaves
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp jeera powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp amchur powder
  • 1/4 cup cornflour for binding
  • oil for frying
  • 1/4

How to make Savoury healthy veggie modak

  1. TAKED CRUSHED PEANUTS IN A BOWL (NOT NECESSARY)
  2. ADD CRUSHED PAPRI (NOT NECESSARY) CARROT, BEANS AND CAPSICUM
  3. BOILED POTATO AND CORIANDER LEAVES
  4. ADD RED CHILLI POWDER,GARAM MASALA,AMCHUR POWDER AND JEERA MASALA
  5. AND SALT
  6. MASH ALL AND MIX
  7. NOW ADD CORNFLOUR FOR BINDING
  8. MIX THEM
  9. GREASE MODAK MOULD
  10. AND FILL WITH STUFFING AND CLOSE AND MAKE ALL MODAKS
  11. MAKE ALL OF THEM
  12. HEAT OIL
  13. FRY THEM IN HOT OIL
  14. FRY TILL BROWN
  15. OUR ALL MODAKS ARE READY
  16. ADD SOME MAYO ON TIPS OF MODAK AND SERVE WITH GREEN CHUTNEY AND SAUCE
