Kothu paarotta

Ingredients to make Kothu paarotta

  • Parottas-6
  • onion-2chopped
  • tomato -2chopped
  • Green chilli-1
  • curry leaves
  • coriander leaves
  • mint leaves
  • chilli powder-2spn
  • pepper powder-1 spn
  • ginger garlic paste-2 spn
  • Beaten egg-1 or 2

How to make Kothu paarotta

  1. TAKE ALL YOUR INGREDIENTS
  2. HEAT A PAN, ADD 1TSPN GHEE AND 3SPN OIL
  3. WHEN IT HEATS ADD SOME ONION
  4. ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE AND CURRY LEAVES, MIX WELL
  5. NEXT ADD 2 CHOPPED ONION AND SAUTE IT FOR 3MINS
  6. ADD REQUIRED SALT AND 2CHOPPED TOMATOES AND COOK IT FOR 5MINS
  7. NEXT ADD RED CHILLI POWDER, PEPPER POWDER, GREEN CHILLI, MINT AND CORIANDER LEAVES
  8. MIX IT ALL WELL
  9. ADD LEFT OVER CHICKEN GRAVY AND SOME SHREDDED CHICKEN OR MUTTON
  10. NEXT ADD BEATEN EGG AND MIX WELL
  11. ADD SHREDDED LEFTOVER PAROTTAS AND MIX
  12. FINALLY ADD SOME CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES AND SERVE
