Ingredients to make Healthy Bircher oats cups

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2tbsp honey
  • 1tsp cinnamon powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2tbsp condensed milk
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 3-4 strawberries
  • 2 kiwis
  • 1 tsp flaxseeds
  • 1tbsp slivered almonds
  • 1tbsp chopped walnuts
  • 1tsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1tsp chia seeds

How to make Healthy Bircher oats cups

  1. IN A MIXING BOWL PUT OATS, HONEY,SALT AND CINNAMON POWDER
  2. TO THIS ADD CONDENSED MILK AND MIX WELL
  3. SPREAD SPOONFUL OF THE OATS HONEY MIXTURE IN A GREASED MUFFIN MOULD AND COVER THE SIDES OF THE MOULDS
  4. FILL ALL THE MOULDS AND PLACE THEM IN A PREHEATED OVEN AT 180℃ FOR 18-20 MINUTES
  5. LET THE PREPARED CUPS COOL DOWN TO ROOM TEMPERATURE AND SLIGHTLY AND LOOSEN THEIR EDGES
  6. DEMOULD ALL THE CUPS FROM THE SILICONE MOULDS
  7. YOU CAN FREEZE THESE MOULDS FOR 1 MONTH
  8. TO SERVE POUR GREEK YOGURT IN YOUR PREPARED OAT CUPS
  9. GARNISH THEM WITH FRUITS, NUTS AND SEEDS LIKE : STRAWBERRIES, KIWIS , ALMONDS, APRICOTS, FLAXSEEDS, ETC
